Pre-Production: Pitched my project to Send Chinatown Love, a non-profit organization that had working relationships with merchants to see if they could connect me with the small businesses I had researched. Created interview questions. Met with Yoshiko Sakuma for an informational interview. Secured crew and equipment.

Production: Worked with camera operator to get b-roll of Chinatown streets. Framed the interview and set up lighting and audio. Worked with Yoshiko when asking the questions and what b-roll she was comfortable with us getting.

Post-Production: Transcribed the interview. Wrote the script from her answers and sent in rough cuts to Red Summit Productions team for feedback. Edited the video using Premiere Pro, color graded, sourced music, and added closed captioning.
